Two or Three weeks depending on the current demand

How much will shipping cost?

This will depend on where you are in the world. We produce the footwear in the U.K., which means delivery within the U.K. can be between £10-20. International will vary on the service chosen at checkout.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes, of course - complete with international tracking. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

How do I scan my feet?

Please use the iPhone app downloadable on the app store. Search fyous 3d scanner or click the link on our home page.

What if I don't have an iPhone?

You will need an iPhone with FaceID for our App to work. If you don’t have an iPhone, you can borrow one from a friend or family. If you don’t have any access to an iPhone at all you can book in with a podiatrist or biomechanics clinic that has a 3-D scanning system or one of our partner podiatrists. Their locations can be seen here

I need an orthotic. Can I use the App or do I need to go somewhere for an evaluation?

I want to order a second pair. Will I need to scan my feet again?

Once we have your foot scan on our system, we can refer to these for all future orders.

However, if you have noticed a significant change in your feet, we recommend taking a second scan so we can amend your measurements. You can do this via our iPhone App, visit one of our Podiatrists near you, or visit us in-house for assessment.

My feet are very different sizes. Is this a problem?

Not at all! Our footwear is completely custom-made to each foot no matter their individual requirements.

How do I return my product?

Please refer to our refund policy.

Can I wash my custom-footwear?

Yes, but only at a low temperature. No more than 30 degrees celsius.

What is the warranty

We guarantee the product will last the first six months from delivery. Repairs to the outsole are free for the first 12 months.

Do we use biodegradable materials?

No. We use materials that last. These is a misconception that biodegradable materials fall under the sustainability umbrella. However, if you use these materials, they are not as durable and therefore your shoes degrade faster, so you have to buy more shoes. The path to a more sustainable future is to reduce production and make items repairable. In the life cycle of a shoe, 97% of the green house gas emissions are from the manufacturing process.
