    • Slightly High: You can feel noticably more room around the midfoot space, at the bottom of the laces. There might be minimal contact between your foot and the shoe.
    • Too High: Choosing this option means that the area around the midfoot feels overly baggy an unsecure.

    • Perfect Fit: Your heels and ankles feel completely secure in the shoe, regardless of activity. (walking, running, playing sport etc.)
    • Slightly Tight: When wearing the shoes, you need to loosen the laces or you find the sides of the shoes are noticably low around the ankle.
    • Too Tight: You are unable to get the shoes on, or the sides of the shoes are very low around your ankle - even with loose lacing.
