Introducing PolyMorphic Moulding to the Orthotics Industry at Orthopädie Schuh Technik 2025
As the development of Fyous’ PM-01 PolyMorphic Moulding Machine progresses, we’re preparing to give the orthopaedic footwear industry an exclusive look at the machine’s inner workings. From 24–25 October, we’ll be exhibiting at Orthopädie Schuh Technik 2025 in Cologne, offering visitors an early preview of the world’s first reconfigurable moulding solution.
The industry has long relied on subtractive CNC milling processes, which are wasteful by their very nature. With orthopaedic shoemakers increasingly seeking more automated and sustainable production methods, PolyMorphic Moulding enable a leap forward in both efficiency and waste reduction.
Fyous sees no better opportunity than the world’s only trade fair dedicated exclusively to the pedorthic industry to share this solution. With manufacturers, wholesalers, and service providers all under one roof, OST 2025 provides the perfect platform to introduce this transformative manufacturing technology.
What to Expect
We’ll be exhibiting alongside over 170 companies from 18 countries, and we’re proud to be presenting technology invented and built in Sheffield, England.
Visitors will get an exclusive look at videos of the PM-01 moulding system, which is made up of 3 tools and 50,000 precisely controlled pins. Attendees will be some of the first to see the machine in action, helping them grasp the power and accuracy of this new category of manufacturing.
We’ll also be bringing the first batch of moulded samples, giving visitors the chance to feel the surface finish, weight, and durability for themselves. Those interested in acquiring a sample to their own specifications can submit their files at the show. This will be then be sent directly to our engineering team for processing.
